Thank you for supporting Abby's Custom Creations. Each item we create is handmade with care and attention to detail. Due to the personalized and handmade nature of our products, all sales are considered final.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds on any items. Because many of our products are custom-made or created specifically for each customer, we are unable to resell returned items.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Once an order has been submitted, production and preparation may begin immediately. Therefore, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes to orders after purchase. Please carefully review all details, including product selections, colors, scents, sizes, and personalization, before completing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packaging each order. If your item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and determine the best resolution.
